Customer Service Coordinator role overview

We have full-time and part-time opportunities for Customer Service Coordinators. The Coordinator will have excellent phone mannerisms and be responsible for coordinating, planning and scheduling casual and part-time staff in accordance to the client preferences and needs.

This role requires an energetic, care-driven and pro-active approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintenance of details.
  • Allocate Home Support Workers and Nursing Staff to referred services by matching their skills, competencies, qualifications and experiences to client needs.
  • Supervise, delegate and give clear direction to Accept Staff and create an environment of excellent customer service and high performance.
  • Meet administrative requirements for scheduling, records and information management in an electronic environment, including maintenance of clear accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with Accept’s policies and procedures.
  • Work flexible working hours between 7am – 7pm Monday to Friday with on-call duties (rotating roster)
  • Liaise and work with accounts staff to ensure accurate invoicing and payroll.

To be successful in this role, the following is required:

  • A positive, upbeat attitude and genuine interest in helping people
  • Ability to manage professional services via telephone and online modalities and/or ability to pick up new systems and processes
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Passionate about delivering customer service and motivating a team of customer care agents.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with staff and managers to coordinate shifts in a timely manner
  • Ability to work up to 4-5 days per week
  • Computer literacy and have well developed administrative competencies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, TRACCS software or other CMI is desirable
  • Previous experience in the aged care or disability sector (preferable) and/or relevant qualifications in human or health services is desirable
  • DCSI screenings for Aged, NDIS and Working with Children or willingness to apply for these clearances
  • National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old)
  • Verified immunisation status
  • Available for immediate start desirable
  • Current Drivers Licence
